Public website
The public LoveIt marketing site uses self-hosted HTML, styles, images, and a small navigation script. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, third-party fonts, or non-essential cookies. The Contact page opens your email application; it does not submit a form to LoveIt or store the message on this website.
Your browser, network provider, hosting infrastructure, and email provider may process ordinary connection information under their own terms. Please do not email passwords, customer messages, review content, or other sensitive information.
Current LoveIt platform
The current platform may handle account information supplied by business owners; business, location, and tap-device configuration; authentication and session information; published business branding; owner-approved review and social destinations; and operational or security metadata needed to run and protect the service.
Authorized owners can use a private workspace for their business. Access controls scope owner records to the matching business. Public tap identifiers identify a customer entry point and do not grant access to private owner records.
Private customer feedback
A customer can choose to send a private message to the business through a LoveIt tap page. LoveIt associates that message with the relevant business, location, and tap point and makes it available in the authorized business workspace. Private messages are not public reviews and are not posted to a review platform.
Business owners may add private action notes and status updates. Those are owner-reported records; they do not prove that an action occurred or that a customer was satisfied. LoveIt does not automatically email a reply to the customer or claim that a private message has been resolved.
Google Business Profile integration — not currently activated
LoveIt’s Google Business Profile integration is not activated for production customer data. LoveIt does not currently retrieve or publish real Google review data through the production integration, and Google has not approved, certified, endorsed, or partnered with LoveIt.
If separately activated and authorized by the relevant business or account, the intended integration would identify the authorized business and location, retrieve review information for that business, show those reviews in its authorized owner workspace, support business-reply preparation and management, publish only owner-authorized business replies, and verify reply publication or read-back status where Google supports it.
That future connection will require approved Google access, an authorization and revocation flow, reviewed scopes, data handling and retention decisions, and updated disclosures as needed. No final Google-data retention period is stated here. Real Google review data is not currently sent to OpenRouter or another AI provider. Before any future AI processing of Google review data is enabled, LoveIt must complete the additional privacy, provider, and owner-authorization review and update this notice or applicable processing terms.
How information is used and shared
LoveIt uses current platform information to authenticate authorized users, present business-branded customer pages, save private feedback, maintain owner-approved settings, support duplicate-safe transactions, secure the service, diagnose operational failures, and preserve appropriate audit evidence.
LoveIt does not sell customer feedback or use it to write customer reviews. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, subject to the relevant operational and contractual controls. Planned Marketing fulfillment, Google access, AI processing of real review data, Merchynt/Paige, and other external integrations are not currently connected.
Retention, choices, and contact
LoveIt keeps current platform records only for operational, security, audit, and service purposes. Exact pilot retention, deletion, access/export, incident-response, and off-server backup policies require final owner and legal confirmation before real pilot data is accepted; this notice does not invent those periods or rights.
