Early-access and pilot status
LoveIt is an early-access service. Pilot availability is controlled, features may change, and access may be limited while security, privacy, operations, and external integrations are reviewed. Publishing this website does not create an account, subscription, hardware order, or guaranteed place in the pilot.
The current platform includes business-branded tap pages, private customer feedback, an owner workspace, appearance controls, and owner-approved review and social destinations. Google review retrieval or reply publication, AI-assisted reply drafting using real Google data, Marketing fulfillment, and other external integrations remain planned and not connected unless LoveIt expressly confirms otherwise.
Public reviews and private feedback
LoveIt shows the public-review choice and private-message choice together. It does not ask for a rating first, hide the public choice after negative feedback, offer incentives for favorable reviews, or write a customer’s review.
Opening a review destination does not prove that a customer posted a review. Private feedback is not public review content. A business status or note is owner-reported and does not independently prove resolution or customer satisfaction.
Business-owner responsibility
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy and authority of the business information, branding, destinations, and content they approve. Owners must keep account access secure, remove access that is no longer appropriate, and promptly report an incorrect link or unauthorized use.
Any future business-reply workflow is separate from the customer’s review. A business reply must use the owner-approved workflow and must not be described as customer-authored content.
Third-party destinations and services
Review destinations and other third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and policies. An owner-approved link does not prove ownership of a listing, platform availability, publication, or monitoring connectivity. LoveIt does not claim endorsement or partnership with Google or another platform.
No guaranteed business result
LoveIt does not guarantee review volume, ratings, rankings, search position, response rates, business results, or revenue. Service availability, pilot features, and supported integrations may change during early access. Physical pieces shown on this site are generated design concepts, not installed products, final specifications, testimonials, or measured customer results.
Owner and legal confirmation still required
Commercial provider identity, pricing and payment terms, cancellation/refunds, warranties, liability allocation, governing law, dispute terms, formal support commitments, and hardware fulfillment terms require explicit owner and legal decisions. LoveIt does not supply those clauses by inference and does not claim an LLC or corporate identity.
